We want every Hi Tooth Fairy experience to be tooth-riffic. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Merchandise (Clothes, Gear, and More)

Returns

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we’ve got you covered. Contact us at hi@hitoothfairy.com within 30 days of your purchase date with photos of the item(s) and a description of the issue, and we’ll sort it out faster than Birdie on a tooth run.

Exchanges

Before you order, please take a peek at the sizing charts in each product description, because we want everything to fit perfectly. If something doesn’t, we may be able to exchange it free of charge (less shipping cost). Just contact us at hi@hitoothfairy.com within 30 days of your purchase date with a description of what you’d like instead. All items must be unused and unworn to qualify.

Refunds

Refunds are available for orders that arrive misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs may also be refunded in these cases when the issue is our fault.

Please note that refunds are not available for packages lost in transit or stolen during delivery. You’ll receive tracking information with your shipment, and any carrier-related issues will need to be resolved directly with the carrier.

Hi Tooth Fairy App (Apple and Android)

We want you to love your Hi Tooth Fairy subscription. If it isn’t meeting your needs or expectations, please request a refund as soon as possible. Because of how app store subscriptions work, the process looks a little different depending on where you purchased.

Apple / App Store

Apple manages all payments and refunds for App Store purchases directly, and does not share payment information with us. This means we’re not able to modify subscriptions, cancel subscriptions, or issue refunds on our end for App Store purchases. You’ll need to reach out to Apple directly.

Android / Google Play Store

For Google Play purchases, we can usually accommodate refund requests made within 30 days of purchase. While we can’t guarantee every request, we’ll do our best to help.
